Marketing Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

Compensation: $30-$40/hour (DOE)
Whole Child Tutoring is seeking a Marketing Manager to grow our brand presence, build parent engagement, and attract top educator talent. This is a creative, strategic role for someone who can blend data-driven marketing with a relatable, human voice. You'll manage campaigns across digital platforms, develop content that resonates with parents and teachers, and help us expand our reach as a trusted, premium online tutoring company.
What You'll Do

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and website.

Manage content creation (blogs, newsletters, graphics) that reflect our brand voice.

Track and analyze campaign performance to drive engagement and leads.

Collaborate with leadership on advertising strategies and partnerships.

Support recruitment marketing to attract qualified tutors and administrators.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in education or mission-driven industries.

Strong copywriting and content creation skills (social media, email, blog).

Tech savvy (Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar platforms, Zoom, project management software)

Analytical mindset with ability to use metrics to refine campaigns.
