Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

Compensation: $22-$28/hour (DOE)

Join Whole Child Tutoring as an Administrative Assistant and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with leadership to manage schedules, support daily business tasks, and ensure seamless communication with families and tutors. What You'll Do

 

• Manage scheduling, calendars, and internal communications.

• Provide administrative support for hiring, onboarding, and tutor communications.

• Maintain records, client data, and confidential information with accuracy.

• Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and expense tracking.

• Support families and tutors with questions or logistical needs in a professional, compassionate manner.

 

What We're Looking For

 

• Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Zoom, CRM tools)

• Warm communication style and a genuine interest in supporting educators and families.
